Paul C. Downing - Partner

Paul focuses on the firm's real estate clients, handling transactions and litigation in the commercial real estate field. Paul's transactional work includes negotiating and drafting letters of intent (LOIs), purchase agreements and loan documents on behalf of clients throughout the country. He works closely with clients, their brokers and lenders to bring deals to a close. Paul routinely handles leasing, property management, REIT and third-party vendor issues for the firm's clients. His litigation practice involves trial work in State and Federal courts in multiple jurisdictions, where Paul handles a variety of issues for REITs, property owners and management companies.
